CM Simplify was developed in the trenches on real construction projects where spreadsheets and other disjointed record keeping practices were no longer sufficient. The flow of accurate information was critical to project success and there was much need for improvement. In this environment CM Simplify had its beginnings. It has been adapted and improved continuously to meet the ever-changing demands of the construction industry and technology savvy users.
